We’ve carried out many projects and obtained several satisfactions.
In Latin America, we have represented Sheraton´s Vistana de Orlando (Starwood), Club Sol del Este (Punta del Este), and participated as Consultants in the inspection and auditing for the awarding of the prestigious SLH label (Small Luxury Hotels of the World) to two hotels in Argentina and one in Cartagena de Indias (Colombia) in 2008 and 2009, respectively.

Silvio Garbarz Professional background
Silvio gets a Business Management undergraduate degree in 1981 at the Universidad Argentina de la Empresa in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
• In 1990 he creates his company, Ser Consultores, specialized in
Marketing and Hotels.
• In 1996 he buys shares from Hotel Ocean Village Resort, Pinamar,
Argentina and is appointed Executive Director. During his three-
year management, he achieves unthinkable turnover standards
for a highly seasonal beach hotel.
• In 2000, Starwood buys Hotel Vistana (1500 villages), the only
hotel listed in the NY stock exchange, at over u$a 800 M and
Silvio is called upon to represent Sheraton Vistana in Argentina,
Uruguay, Paraguay and Chile.
• Between 2002 and 2005 he runs the Operative and Financial
reengineering of Hotel Club Sol del Este , Uruguay.
• He also represents Kingston Reef at the Crown Plaza, Orlando,
USA.
He led some of the following activities during the past years at Ser Consultores:
• Integral Consulting for Amerian, Hotel Chain. It possesses more
than 10 Hotels in Argentina (2000 – 2009).
• Opening and Management Consulting for Valle Perdido Wine
Resort, Patagonia, Argentina (2008). Member hotel of Small
Luxury Hotels of the World (SLH.com).
• Management Consulting for Fueguino Hotel Patagónico, Ushuaia, Patagonia Argentina (2007).
• Financial and Management Consulting in the acquisition of Hotel
San Carlos Inn, Remodeling, Branding, Launching of the Spa,
Opening of commercial offices in Buenos Aires. Hotel located in
the city of Concordia, Entre Ríos, Argentina (2008 – 2009).
• Acquisition and Management Consulting for Château Blend
(Luxury Boutique Hotel). Branding, naming, staffing, manuals,
